I've just have my windows 7 installed by windows 8 and after a few months, i can't now open the account because of the forgotten password. To fix this, I open up my pc with the installation disc of win8 and then reset the pc, afterwards it crashes when it reach the 71% of the process. Because of this, i formatted the hard drive (partition C where windows8 are located) using cmd, then after i do this I now received the No Bootable Device- insert boot disk and press any key. But when i insert any of the win7 and win8 installation discs, i cannot boot my pc into repair. Please! My Laptop (Acer Aspire) is needed in school paper works.

Solution
you foramatted c: it means windows 8 is gone. and i believe win 7 was also on c: that what normally ppl do.
there is no OS in your sustem?you have to install windows again on your system .
since you have installation disk, you can freshly reinstall your OS..

you need to enter your system bios and set CD or USB (whichever you have windows on) as primary boot partition. From there, you will need to reinstall windows onto your hard drive. By formatting, you deleted your windows operating system. So there is nothing to repair.
