No bootable options

I am stuck in the windows 8 loop on my hp, I've watched videos and read threads. The difference between my problem and their problem is that I cannot use any other boot options no F keys work for me I cannot enter safe mode the screen with the options doesn't even come up and I've put in my windows installation disk and it does not come up by itself nor can I access it. After my computer tries to repair itself it does not tell me it failed it restarts and tells me that there's a problem again and then restarts to enter repair mode and the restarts when it finishes and then encounters the problem again. I get no options or pop ups. I don't know what to do.

Have you entered the BIOS first off? (If you don't know how just ask)

Not specifically I do not see a press this button option, and windows 8 did not come pre installed I originally had windows 7 home premium

The only thing that comes up on boot up is raid option rom utility, from that I go directly into the repair

Open a command prompt from system repair and type in bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /fixmbr and try rebooting

I cannot open system recovery options nor does it acknowledge my boot up disc.

Could you show me a screenshot or photo of your bios boot priority order?

As I stated above I don't see a bios option or button that I should be pressing to enter that so I'm unsure how to

Getting into the bios could be accessed by either pressing f2, f8, f10, or del when you boot up your computer

I have tried all of those as well as forcing a keyboard error by holding down many keys. The keyboard works as I can navigate the raid options menus but it will not bring any kind of recovery of bios

I did notice that after removing the hard drive turning on the pc, turning it back off and putting the hdd back in that when it turns on sometimes now I see the hp boot screen however I have been unsuccessful at getting any reaction from my computer hitting the buttons it displays for options

Are you using raid? if so, which one?

Edit: Maybe your hard drive isn't seated well into the slot, or your keyboard is not connected properly.
