No Bullet Registration in All Games

Hello,

I am having a HUGE isue regarding gaming (online or offline)

For example, I shoot someone it gives me a mark that I did hit him but with no damage. If I get a headshot it will either not register or either get less damage that it shouldve done.

I have done several things to fix it but nothing helpe.
Bellow is wjat I tried to do:

- Change 4 differenr ISPs
- Played on 4G
- Formated my PC
- Bought a network card

NOTHING WORKED!!!

I am thinking if this is being caused by my mother board?
Or GPU?
Maybe?

I don't see this as anything but a game issue. No way is a motherboard causing this, and not likely a video card.

You did not list any system specs or what the games are.

CPU: I7-7700K
GPU: GTX 960
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B250-PLUS LGA1151 DDR4 HDMI DVI VGA M.2 B250 ATX Motherboard with USB 3.1
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz C16 Memory Kit

Running on Windows 10

Games I play:
Rainbow Six Siege
PUBG
Fortnite
CS:GO
COD:WWII

Your system will be able to handle those games easily, have you always had this issue? The fact that this is happening even after a clean Windows setup, which means a clean game setup, almost leads me to think that you are just really bad at shooting in the game LOL

Did you check with support for any of the games to see what the issue may be?

Lol, I don't think I am bad at shooting. However, in fortnite you see a red cross when you hit someone and the amount of damage you delt for that player, well in my case I get a red cross with no famage, EVEN woth snipers I hit the target, get a red cross with no damage. In every single game. I am lossing alot of fights because of this isue
