No clue about pc setups whatsoever friend suggested this build so is this alright?

it was a custom building website. and yes these are in usd. is there a website that has better prices? and can you suggest anything better for the price? thank you.

They send it to you already built, or they send the bits to you and you build it?

Newegg or Amazon (amongst a couple of others) are generally good if you're willing to put it together yourself. It's really not hard, and saves you a fair bit of cash.

I'm not sure who is considered best if you're buying a prebuilt.

the site sends it to me already built. as for parts i guess i could call someone from a local computer store to assemble it after i have the parts since i have no knowledge in it and it is for my sibling(she cannot build it either) so what would be the best possible parts in a 3000$ budget(excluding monitor) and also no intel products. thanks.

Why would you spend 3000$ on a computer with an AMD CPU?
AMD currently has no high end CPU offerings to match the i7 you could get on that budget.
I guess it would have to be a build with an AMD FX9590, which has a TDP of over 200watts and is still slower than a 4770k.

we are not allowed to use intel products. as for the budget that is what i gave her for her birthday but asked to get her a pc that with the same amount. are there any other alternatives besides the amd then? thanks..
