no compatible disks for intel optane memory

Hello, i have a Z390 Asus ROG Maximums Hero motherboard and a i7-9700k CPU. I recently bought a 16gb Intel optane memory to make it work with my 1TB barracuda HDD, i also have other 2 SSDs connected to my computer.
The problem is after installing the softaware the software say that no compatible disks for intel optane memory, i tried many ways from online but none have worked out. I will be really glad if someone can help me out!!!
