I'm connecting my Windows 8.1 laptop to a Windows 7 Home Premium PC via ethernet. My wifi has a wifi card, but my PC doesn't have one till next week. I found out about bridging connections, so I tried it out. My PC connected to my laptop successfully, but my PC shows the IPv4 and IPv6 isn't working. I tried using Windows diagnostics, and it said that "Your computer is correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS server) isn't responding". The wifi connection from my router to laptop is very stable and high speed, my ethernet ports on both devices work, and the cable is good. My router is good aswell. My laptop can still access the network. How do I fix this? If it helps, my ISP is Cox. More info below.
*EDIT* My PC shows "IPv4 Connectivity: Internet", but "IPv6 Connectivity: No Internet Access".
