No direct X acceleration

Hello, I got a problem : I downloaded the direct X, but DX diag shows me that there's no acceleration, so most of my games can't be played, so I'm looking forward to help.
Ps: I downloaded a file called INF_allOS_9.3.0.1026_PV, but it doesn't want to install.

A google search of that file shows it could possibly be intels chipset driver. With that said it should install just fine, what seems to be the problem? Are you running it as Administrator? Depending on what onboard video you have and what games you are playing its most likely to slow to run the game.

it doesn't support directx 11, it only support up to directx 9.

So I must uninstall direct X 11 and réinstall the 9 one ?

Nah, it simply won't use the DX11 one. (Thats how it was for my previous pc anyhow)

So again, what seems to be the problem? What games are you trying to play and do you get any error messages? Your pc is rather old and can't play newer games.

Well, I can't play any 3D game, even the windows ones, and my graphic card isn't installed, I thinks that that's the problem.
EDIT: I solved my problem, I have just downloaded the Windows XP graphic driver and it worked on my Windows 7 with the Windows XP comptability mode
