No disc insert

Hello, I downloaded Cambridge Grammar of English in mdf file. I use ultra-iso to set this soft, but when I click on icon to run program message said No disc insert, when I burn to disc and insert to CD-Rom the message said like before No disc insert.

your file need compile to burn ! insert CD Blank CDRW/ DVDRW this icon auto burning set burning low speed min8 max 16 in option speed burn CD !
important : u must have CDRW / DVDRW drive

option2. Iso file open with Winrar program ! u can extract your file sace like uwant !
