No display after changing CPU

Hey guys my motherboard is MS 7613 ver1.1 with i3 530@ 2.93 GHz ..today I got an i5 750 and so I removed the cooler and i3 and inserted the new i5 with new thermal paste.. and connected everything ...but when I power on the pc there is no display ...then I reinserted the i3 and it worked fine....
So what is the problem here???
Why don't I have display with the i5 ??
I tried restoring CMOS but nothing changed...plz help also I used a gtx 760 for the pc because 760 need a GPU to work and also all connections and correct and every fans spin and turns on...even the CPU gets hot but no display at all....what is the problem here?? Plz help..

How to update the bios ?? I don't know .....and is there any link ?
