Question No display after changing display scaling mode

I changed my display scaling mode to FULL panel and screen turned black, after I restarted my pc I can clearly see thru the asrock logo and shortly after it says "no signal" is there any possible way for me to reset the GPU via BIOS or something? (using B450m pro4 motherboard)

can you get into safemode?
if so. remove the gpu driver, reboot and reinstall the gpu driver

I'm in safe mode now, I uninstalled the gpu driver, do I restart my pc normally without safe mode and install it back or should I install the gpu driver in safe mode?
