No display after disabling graphics card

I stupidly disabled my graphics card when trying to fix a problem that could have probably been easily fixed by restarting my PC. After I disable my graphics card my monitors went black and now show no display. I have tried removing my CMOS battery for 5 minutes to reset the BIOS but I still don't have a display. Any help would be much appreciated.

EDIT: I disabled my GPU from the Windows Device Manager.

The problem I'm having is it won't allow me to boot into safe mode. How do you boot into safe mode on Windows 10 when you start your PC?

Are you trying this with GPU or with motherboard ports, you need to do it with motherboard ports.

If you still cant figure it out then you are just going to need to reinstall windows or take it to a shop

That's the thing though, I did it with the MOBO's port

Did you try it with the GPU unplugged like I said earlier?

Yes and I was able to get a display up and go tommy desktop which was good but since the card wasn't in I couldn't enable the GPU and when I put the GPU back in and still had my HDMI plugged in to the MOBO it came up with that message I talked about earlier.

Then you should be able to see your NVIDIA card under view-show hidden devices.
Then you can enable it.

Uninstalling the NVIDIA driver from safe mode should also fix the problem
