[SOLVED] No display after new CPU

I just upgraded my CPU today from a Ryzen 7 2700x to a Ryzen 7 5800x and i’m getting no display when powering on the system , my fans and GPU light up and spin with no problem , i’m getting a white VGA light on my motherboard and i’m not sure what to do , i’ve tried updating my bios and taking out the ram as well as taking out the cmos battery , it works fine when i put my 2700x back in

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3080 Gaming OC
RAM: 8x4 3200mhz G Skill Trident Z
Motherboard: Asus TUF x570
PSU: Seasonic 750 Gold

so you did update the bios?
check for bend pin on the 5800x?

i had the same issue today, i usually use displayport but decided to try with a hdmi cable and i got display instantly
