Question No display after new installations

Hello guys

So i just installed a new cpu (i7-9700k), graphics card (2070S) and psu. Problem is that the display doesnt show anything when connecting it with dvi, hdmi or DisplayPort. I tried my old graphics card witch also didnt work. I know for a fact that my new graphics card works. Ram and everything else should be fine as it worked just couple of days ago before new installations. The components seem to get power as pc turns on and also the fans and rgb og graphics card.

When connecting my dvi to the motherboard directly i also get no display. I was thinking maybe the problem is the cpu as it was bought second hand and i did drop it, but thought it was fine as i didnt see any visible damage. What do you guys think? Is there a way to be sure that the cpu is the problem for a fact?

I know the monitor isnt the problem as well and neither are the cables.

As above really need all parts used, did you reset CMOS after the changes

I installed a used i7-9700k from an i5-8400
From a gtx 1070 to 2070S
From old psu to a new Seasonic focus gx 750w (bought brand new and works from what i have tested)
Z370-p motherboard
2 HDD drives, 1 tb each
1 ssd nvme m.2 250 gb
A new thermalright peerless assasin 120 se
16 ddr4 ram from crucial 2400 mhz

I didnt reset anything tbh. I just changes the parts out. How do i reset cmos?

You probably going to need to update the BIOS since you were using a 8xxx cpu.

I havent updated my bios tbh, might be it. I dont have my old cpu anymore. I do have access to other computers, should i download it on a usb and then flash my computer? What do i do?
