I was playing a game and rendomly the display turned off the audio was gliching through my speakers abd my cpu cooling fan was spinning as fast as it could. The game wasn't running anything at 100% usage. I unstalled a new motherboard and cpu a few months ago and realised that I am getting less fps on some games then what i use to using the i5-9400f which now i have an i7-11700k. I have not overclocked anything so everything has stayeed the same. I am thinking it is a power supply issue. I have a 550 watt power supply and this issue only sturted when I swapped motherboard and cpu. Everything is plugged in and correctly This only happens when I am playing games. I played Arma 3 once and the thing happend and another time I was playing gtx 5 FiveM which i saw i was getting less than 60 fps on before this happend. I did a psu test on https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator and it recomended for me 650 w psu.

Did you reinstall Windows after changing MB or at least update drivers for it ?
