Hello,

I have a motherboard ASUS P4P800S SE
I have a videocard ASUS RADEON 9200 SE 128mb
I have a powersupply with 300W

I build my computer. Also a good connection between the monitor and the
computer.

Turn on my monitor. The power on led is green. Then it's gonging into
standby. The led is orange.
Turn on my computer. I see every led... the led's of my keyboard, the led of
my cd-writer, the led of my dvd-player and my hardisk. All leds tuned off.
So it lookslike every thing is checked. But my monitor is still standby. I
did not hear any kind of beeb-sound.

Who can tell me what's wrong? Or what do I have to do?

thangs befor help.

What kind of memory modules are you using? Are they listed on the
manufacturer's web site as being compatible with your motherboard? Also how
many DIMMS? If there is more than one try taking one out and see if it
posts (beeps) with just one. Also think about a bigger power supply
eventually.

Is the four pin power connector that looks like this plugged in ?

If your power supply does not have a matching plug, you need to
find a power supply that has the plug. This plug carries +12V on
two pins, and is used to power the processor Vcore circuit. Without
it, the computer cannot start.

Thanks for the quick reaction.
But that's what I did before. And it's the same.

Even when I remove everything... same results.
It looks like everything is O.K. But without screenview. It looks like the
computer is checking evrything.
I think I have to go into the setup. But I do not know how. And if I'm in
the setup, I do not have a view. So I need some thing how to walk into the
setup and change my videocard into VGA or something I can use to view.
