No display and non-stop beep code even after I replaced the RAM

I just bought a new pc last week and got a new heatsink that I needed to unplug everything and take the mobo out to install. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough room so I put the old one back in and plugged everything back in and now it gives long beeps forever and won't display anything. I've checked the ram and reseated it a few times in all slots, made sure the heatsink was working and then unplugged and replugged everything once again. No change. Then I bought 4 new sticks of RAM and it's still not working.

The only way I managed to stop the beeping was when I accidently put the ram in partially backwards on accident (wouldn't go in further) and it stopped beeping but wouldn't display.

What should I do? I'm pretty sad that I can't use my new pc and I'm super poor to boot.

Here is a link to the ASUS website with specs for your RAM, I know from previous experience that sometimes if you want to use the max RAM, you need to do a BIOS update.
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z77V_LK/specifications/

WARNING: BIOS updates should only be done when necessary as some updates have been known to completely disable motherboards.

Your board also comes with a "MemOk" button and LED light that is supposed to fix this exact problem. Here is a link with instructions on how/when to use the reset button. What it seems to do is lower the speed of installed RAM to something that the motherboard finds usable and then you can try again to boot up.

The RAM was not compatible and I got some new RAM that is supposed to be compatiable, and sometimes it beeps and sometimes it doesn't now. No images on either boot. I linked my mother board in a previous post in the thread.
