Question No display but can see bios

I had my system for two days and it froze while restarting so I force shutdown. I thought I corrupted windows because I can get into bios and boot loader after resetting the cmos. I dont have onboard graphics so I dont think my card is broken. I'm trying to reinstall windows via usb but it goes black and than no signal when I try to boot anything from the boot loader. I appreciate any help!

It's a custom prebuilt.
I got a ryzen 5 3600 6 core. asrock b450m-hdv r4.0
Asus geforce rtx 2060. Oloy 16gb ddr4 3000mhz.
Kratos m1 600B. 512gb Adata SU760 ssd

I put all my parts into pcpartpicker and it looks like my asrock b450m-hdv r4.0 may need a bios update to work with a ryzen 5 3600 edit looks like it's up to date for the CPU
