I recently tried overclocking my i5 9600k. I ran 4.7 ghz really good for the past year so decided to up it to 5.0 just to see how it was and followed a yt video to make sure voltages/clocks were normal. I set it to 5.0 and 1.296V and now upon booting, the CPU Led is on, all fans boot w/RGB, and there is no display. Black screen and white CPU led is all that really happens besides the fans. Ive tried resetting cmos multiple times, reseating the CPU out and into the socket again, and nothing has fixed it. Im really confused as to what this could have been caused by since the LED means there is an issue with the CPU. The manual says the safe volt is under 1.35 and I did 1.296 with some people running the 9600k at 5.1-5.2 Ghz safely. Not sure why this happened when I was under the limits? Any ideas?
