Hi, so I've recently put together a new build and I've run into some issues with booting. Long post below.

Here are my specs:
Mobo: Asus Prime A320M-K
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 950
GPU: MSI Aero ITX RX 560 4gb OC
RAM: Patriot Signature 2x4g DDR4 2400 mhz
PSU: Corsair CX750M (Semi modular, had since 2015)
Only storage device I have is a Seagate Barricuda 2tb 7200rpm that came with my previous PC, fresh install of windows 10

Everything except my PSU and HDD are new.

My main problem is that I can get every part of my PC running, but I cant get video output. I haven't tried connecting anything other than my monitor and keyboard as of now (only through DVI as my gpu doesn't support VGA), and the keyboard doesn't light up either (Razer Deathstalker).

All of my cables are connected properly, as my front panel can send the signal to turn on the PC. My PSU is still in working condition and distributes power. The motherboard receives this power and distributes it to all parts of my PC (as all fans on each piece run, and the harddrive does begin to function upon startup).

One thing I am unsure of is how my motherboard lights up. I have yellow/amber lights on the end of my pcie port and by my audio output/input jacks on the back of my mobo. It doesnt specifically say anywhere in my mobo manual what these are for or if they indicate a failure, and internet searches have provided me little information. The ASUS website says that these lights, if static, generally mean the motherboard is receiving power, but this isnt specific to my mobo.

I have tried booting with and without my gpu, both times trying both dedicated and onboard graphics. I have tried using a single stick of ram in both slots (though when trying dimm b I didnt insert it completely and need to retry that). None of my cables are damaged, and my overall management is good. I have also went through the checklist and have tried each step, as long as they apply to me (I already carefully went through the instruction manuals for each specific part already, and some of the steps in that guide do not apply to me)

Any support on this would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
If your pc sends out intermittent beeps until you power it off, try reseating the graphics card and/or the ram modules. This happened to me once when I thought my new psu was junk until I realized I just needed to push in the GPU more. I'm not a genius with these things, so...this is the best I got.
