Hello, I'm having a problem. I have a M3970AM-HP Angelica mobo and an HD 7450 GPU. Immediately after switching everything to a new case, it seemed to work fine. Then, the mobo wouldn't even boot until I repositioned it in the case, but now that it does, I'm getting no display from the graphics card DVI-VGA or HDMI outputs. This happens with all, some, or none of the DDR3 seated. I don't have my D drive hooked up, but that shouldn't affect things, right? I'd really appreciate some help- again, I get no display whatsoever.

Solution
i suspect a short circuit. reset cmos by removing battery for few minutes and try to turn on the pc outside the case. there could be pernament damage. also make sure that everything is connected correctly

Make sure everything's(triple check as mistakes can happen) plugged in correctly..
Are you using or need Risers for that MoBo? Some cases will have preinstalled risers that keep the mobo from touching any of the metal on the case but some require installation.

yes that could be the case. if your motherboard still works you're lucky. other components could have been dameged too. take all the components out of the case, reset cmos and see if it still works
