no display from gpu to monitor

no display from gpu, monitor saying "'no signal".
gpu working fine as i tested on other cpu.
i cant test signal from onboard graphics port bcoz it only have hdmi port and i had mini hdmi port cable.
i tested all connections/wires are well placed on mobo.

gpu- zotac gtx 750ti
mobo- gigabyte z370 aorus ultra gaming.
monitor- 19 inch aoc (working fine)

Do you see anything during startup?
If so then enter the bios and make sure that the primary adapter is set to PCIE or PEG.
