I removed one RAM chip that wasn't being registered by my mobo, now my PC boots up with all the fans for the case, gpu, and CPU working, along with their LED's, the LED's on the mobo work as well, but I get no display or USB function.

System:
MSI 970 motherboard
FX-8350
R9 280x
EVGA 750w PSU
Assorted HDD's + sketchy ass SSD
Ripjaws 8x2 1866 16GB DDR3 RAM
Kingston 8 GB 1600 8GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 8.1
Samsung 4k monitor

The kingston chip was the one I tried removing, prior to that it ran fine with no errors outside of my SSD refusing to download windows. Now I have tried using different monitors, removing the mobo battery, booting up with 1 stick of RAM at a time, and booting with no RAM. Absolutely no beeping, just the sound of my fans working. I don't know what to do from here on out.

Alright I fixed my little problem. I used a wrist strap to ground myself and played around with the RAM slots, with slots 3 & 4 rejecting the chips, and 1 & 2 giving me a healthy boot. Thanks for helping me troubleshoot.
