Question No Display on first boot

I have Strix 1080Ti, purchased used, working in games 100% okay without games crash no high temperatures nothing else working perfectly. The problem is that when I turn on pc first time it gives no display and I have restart it using restart button on casing or I have to turnoff power button on psu or power plug then it gives display without issue.

Its warranty has been expired and I can't RMA it. So please help how I can solve this problem. Thanks

Your YouTube video isn't accessible, it's set to Private. Do you have a BIOS setting for Video settings and the primary start slot?

I have now unlisted video now you can view it. Yes my bios has settings and it is already set to PCIe Slot1 and also want to tell you that my motherboard has only 1 PCIe slot. My mobo is GA H81M-HD3.
