Question No display on monitor, even bios wont show

ryzen 5 1400 does not have integrated graphics card right? so its really normal when i plug my ryzen cpu with no gpu and my screen just goes black screen? like bios wont even show at all. still normal? thank you.

gee thank you sir, really thought my motherboard was the problem. i did a little research and found out that only the newer ryzen cpus have integrated graphics card. or the so called apus. meaning mine wont display anything bc it doesnt have any built in graphics card. thank you, i was so close to buying a new motherboard. just needed some opinions.
