No display on monitor(need help urgently)

Hello friends I need some urgent help.
I am from India and I have purchased a new Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 Ti OC Low Profile 4GB GDDR5 128 Bit PCI-E Graphic Card (GV-N105TOC-4GL) worth 260$(i know that is a lot for it).So my pc is not booting,not even boot screen.The fans are running properly.Every things is functional but nothing is being displayed.
My Rig

Motherboard- Dell 0GDG8Y
CPU-Intel i3 2120
Ram-2x4 corsair 1600mHz ddr3
PSU-Seasonic 300 watt
Actually it is a prebuilt pc with some minor changes.

I had installed this gtx 1050 ti on my friend's computer and it worked.Now i have installed gt 1030 which is working perfectly.Please help.

300 watt seasonic is at about the limit for a 1050 TI, but most likely issue is your motherboard, OEM motherboards especially older models are not good for video card support. Did you try a BIOS update?

It is the latest bios.I don't have uefi,only legacy bios.

Yes and that causes issues with newer cards.
