750W is definitely overkill. Highest I would go on the wattage is 550W, nothing more. If you do have the budget, then there are absolutely better quality options out there. For example, the EVGA Supernova G3 550W costs $90. It'll be an extremely good unit. Another PSU for the same price is the Corsair Rm550x 550W. Both of these are high-end PSUs, meant for those looking for moderate wattage but high quality components. A slightly less expensive, but still good, PSU would be an EVGA 550W B3 PSU.
Well, it doesn't need a 6-pin. But that PSU is utter crap(any PSU from Logitech is, honestly). I'd really recommend trying to get the PSU tested, it's highly likely that it's the problem here. There are other possibilities, but the symptoms your PC is showing is indicative of either a defective or an under-powered GPU. Did you re-check all connections to everything in the computer?

I checked all my connections multiple times.
What wattage should I get for a 328W system? also should I get any special efficiencies?

Are you sure a 500W would be enough? I only ask because some people were telling me to get atleast 750W.
