Question No Display Output

Hey Guys,
I'm new here and have a small problem.

So I've recently built a PC for a friend of mine.
Ryzen 5 3600
ASRock AB350M-HDV Motherboard
16 GB Corsair Vengence DDR 4 RAM
MSI GTX 1660 graphics
BeQuiet DarkRock 4 Cooler
And a Corsair TX 750M powersupply

The BIOS is up to date and the Motherboard works with a different CPU, but still after trying again and again no display output.

Also the Monitor ist conected via an adapter from hdmi to vga

Is the monitor connected to the motherboard or the graphics card video outputs?

The Monitor is connected to the graphics Card, like i said with an adapter tho
