[SOLVED] No display output

I just built a PC (Part list below) and I can't get it to output a display. At first the PC would turn on, the fans spin and the rgb parts would light up, but there would be a red light near the BOOT sign. I have heard about old HDD's causing this to happen so I unplugged them and restarted the PC. I expected it to go into BIOS, but one again there was a red BOOT light. I then put a Windows Media Creation USB in the PC and now the BOOT light would go off. But I still don't have an output. I'm leaning toward a faulty GPU but I am not sure. Bought the GPU of a miner with a flashed bios so could that have something to do with it?

i would surely check the gpu mining is hard on them specially if he modded bios .
