First of all i apologize for my bad English
I bought new motherboard few days ago (acer ipisb-vr rev 1.01),new procesor (i5 3470),and i had my old ASUS R7 260x graphic card.When i plugged everything i started pc,fans working on both procesor and graphic card but no beeps no display.I changed ram slots but same.Then i plugged VGA cable to integrated graphics and pc started just normally,plugged it back to graphic card nothing.I decided to install windows again and when the installation finished my pc just shut down.I started it again but then same like on R7 260x no display no beeps.Tried changing battery on motherboard didnt help,restarted bios using jumpers and then i would just getting this screen https://cdn1.imggmi.com/uploads/2019/7/8/be970e533183632b8e02dc290b7668af-full.jpg
i putted just 2GB of ram because i would get this screen faster,i entered bios and saved settings but same again,on R7 260x i wouldn't even get that screen...
