No display problem

My pc all time stop at satrting windows so I clear tha Bois by motherboard and after that when I start my pc it doesn't show any pictures I check all cables and connectors are all ok after that I clean the and plug it properly but after doing this still same problem no display
I also use another monitor but same problem

I also check without RAM there is no beep sound
Tell me how I can solve this problem

Since the problem started after you cleared the BIOS, it must be some setting that was reset. Does your system have a graphics card and integrated graphics? If so, check the video output on the video card and the one on the motherboard.
