Question No display randomly

Hey, so my pc just randomly stopped displaying anything, it boots fine though, even connects to my bluetooth speakers. Before that started happening the screen was flickering constantly for a few minutes, I restarted and no display. I tried new gpu, new slot, unplugging everything, new ram, new cable, new monitor. Even the blue light on gpu is on... also the fans on gpu are hovering between on and off

Changed ram slot, now is bootlooping, no display. Is it possible the ram is bad.
