Question No display signal

just built my first pc, have it connected to monitor via vga cable,get message saying no signal through pc.
pc has a . msi b365m motherboard
. cpu is a intel core i3 3.6 ghz
. dell memory upgrade 16 GB ram
. the EZ depug LED flashes between 3rd and 4th LED indicating issue with cpu and ram.

any ideas please help.
