NO display through new GPU

Okay so i purchased a GT730 today and when i tried to hook it up to my system, i did not get any display. I checked by bios and the changed the VGA output to PEG from auto and still it refused to work. Please kelp me out here. The GPU fan is spinning BTW.

Haha yes i connected it to the GPU. It did not work.

I updated the original post with my bios settings so y'all can help me with trouble shooting my problem
