Question No display, VGA light showing on motherboard ?

Hello, yesterday i bought a brand new Gigabyte rx7600, put into my pc, and it lit up, but there was no display, and the VGA light is lit up on the motherboard.

I have tried basically everything. Reseating everything, updating bios, chipset drivers, taking out cmos, changing out the pcie cables from the psu to the gpu. Launching the pc with one ram stick and so on. Im completely stumped, i would be happy if anyone could suggest any ideas.

Motherboard: Gigabyte b450 aorus elite v2
CPU: Ryzen 5 5500
GPU: Gigabyte rx7600
RAM: g.skill 2x8gb 3200 mhz
PSU: Gigabyte 850w ud850gm,80 plus gold

What GPU were you working with prior to the RX7600? How old is the PSU in your build? BIOS version for your motherboard?
