No display when powering on

I put my computer together and plugged it in and turn it on, everything looks like its running but it's not displaying anything. I plugged the HDMI cable into both the on board video and on the graphics card. The same thing happens to both.

Motherboard - AsRock Z270 Taichi
CPU - Intel Core i7-7700K Kaby Lake
GPU - EVGA Geforce GTX 1070 SC
Memory - HyperX Fury 2x 8GB
Cooler - NZXT Kraken x62Ko
Storage - WD Blue 1TB
PSU - NZXT Hale82 v2 700W
