No display while booting

hi all,

i have a new pc :

Case : Therlmatake vh6000bws
PSU : Thermaltake 750w Q-fan
Mboard : Asus Rampage II Extreme
Memory : 3x2GB OCZ reaper 2000mhz
HDD : 1T Westren Digital 32mb
CPU : i7 920 2.66Ghz
Vcard : gigabyte geforce gtx 285

now when i buy it : i have a noise that comes from my pc : i think this is a capacitor noise . all tell me that was from my Vcard that i have
now i change it to 2 items of gtx 260 with SLI.
but i have a problems with this card too, when i turn on my pc (while booting) i have no display (yellow led on screen) but when the windows start the screen will turn with the green led & all fine. not always it's happened.

somtimes i see a black screen in windows,games & ... the windows run i hear it from it's sounds,& i try to press ALT+F4 & ENTER to turn off my pc , and everythin is ok. but the screen changed to black & the monitor turned on with green led.

somtimes the colors of windows dead ...
somtimes the mouse & keyboard freeze ...
i have many problems with this card , why ????

i try to re-install the drivers , i try to set 1 card without any SLI , & all of these not fix anything

what can i do for this problem , plz help me all , & sorry about my english

the sound like this : buzzzzzzzz wezzzzzzzzzz , i think it's a noice from some capacitors
but now after changing the vcard the sound is a little bit of the gtx 285

my problem , why the gtx 260 do for me many problems that i said ?
are there any related cards for this probolem ?

There is no problem with GTX 260's. Harmonic distortion happens at times to all components. It doesn't have to be a graphics card doing it, just it usually is due to the current draw, MBs, PSUs, etc. can do it too.

For the black screen, make sure you have the GPU in the primary PCIe slot.

Also, the sound (if it is harmonic distortion) may be annoying, but it wont harm anything. The other problems sound severe though, easily could be the MB in its death throws. The GPu wouldn't cause the cursor to stop moving.

every card setted in it's PCIe slot right

the noise : i dont think it's from the motherboard cause i changed my MB from gigabyte ex58 extreme to asus rampage II extreme
it's a harmonic distribution (annoying) like u say

I changed my vcard , the noise now not like the first time it's very very small.

but my problems with graphic card i think why it do these things to me . while booting no screen ? in windows somtimes the screen changed to be black , the colors of the windows changed like you install win 98 without any drivers 😛
