[SOLVED] no display

I posted a couple days ago about how i had a red debug cpu light on and it wasnt displaying but ive since been able to make the cpu light go away but i am still unable to get it to display on my monitor. no its not the cables, no its not the monitor ive tested them both and they work even tried different monitors to no avail. Everything seems to be plugged in in the right spots and there are no debug lights. The only thing i can think of is that neither my mouse nor keyboard are lighting up when plugged into the motherboard panel same goes with ethernet cable. ive never been able to see the bios as its never been able to connect to a monitor. not sure what to do any help is appreciated
ive seen the beginning post people like to send everyone on the steps for no boot no post and done most all but breadboarding

If you have covered the guide then the next best bet is to breadboard the system - leaving just MB, 1 stick of RAM, CPU, CPU Cooler, and in your case, the GPU. Ensure to do all of this outside of the chassis/case to eliminate the possibility of any shorts etc. causing an issue. If no luck, try with the other stick of RAM, perhaps in another slot.

Following that I would likely try a different GPU.
Assuming you have already closely inspected the CPU for bent/damaged pins?
