Question No Display

Hello guys and i need your help. just rebuilt an old pc of mine. and every thing is spinning but no display is coming up..i've tried already rearranging the ram...ive tried unplugging and repluging cpu switch...everything spins and all the lights are coming up.. just need help

Have you connected 8-pin and/or 6-pin PCIe power cables to the R9 graphics card?

(It pulls 250w so the PCIe slot alone can't provide enough juice for it).
