Question No drive found in Q-Flash !!

I tried to update my BIOS on Gigabyte P67 mobo. But at the Q-Flash utility, it always says that no drive found. how can I update my BIOS?
pen drive is in FAT 32.

Tried different USB ports, specifically 2.0?

yes. of course. i tried 3.0 and 2.0 both. but no drive found. please help me

Is your pc Starting? Any fix?

Is the thumb drive formatted in FAT32? Also, sometimes thumb drives go bad, try another one.
