Hi there.
Would you please elaborate a bit more on the issue at hand? Is the drive recognized by the BIOS/UEFI of your system?
I'd recommend that you try that drive with a different port and cables, to see if the same thing happens again. It would be even better if you could give it a go with a different computer as well.
If you manage to get a computer to recognize it as a secondary drive, go ahead and download its manufacturer's diagnostic tool, so that you can test it and see if there's anything out of the ordinary.
