No else output icon else than the built in

I have plugged my speakers 4.1 into the green jack yet no hardware speaker is shown else than the build in high definition audio device nor it shows any speaker icon in playback device nor I have realtek audio device option plz help me

What operating system is this? You might have to update your drivers.
