I just finished my brand new build and upon installing Windows 11 I was met with no connection to wifi, not even with an ethernet connection. Upon further inspection within the internet settings, the problems found read as follows:

" The Intel(R) Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V adapter is experiencing driver or hardware-related problems "

Does anyone know how to fix this ?

What is the setting in network connections? "Network Connections"

I understand. So it has something to do with the ethernet settings or perhaps the ethernet circuit on the motherboard is bad.
if i buy a usb c to ethernet cable adapter can i use that?

Do you have another pc that can verify that it will connect to the ethernet? If so, you could compare the settings. I assume it is setup for DHCP, but maybe not.

I think that even if the internet settings were wrong that the lights would still have indications. Have you compared the setting between your old pc and the new one?
