Make and model for modem and router (or modem/router) if combined?

On your computer run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt.

Copy and paste the full results here.

= = = =

One possible problem is that both of the computer's network adapters (wired and wireless) are enabled. Only one network adapter should be enabled.

Your ISP provides service to your residence.

The incoming cable connects to a modem which then connects to the router.

However the modem and router may be a combined device.

Most likely, when using Ethernet, the Ethernet cable is plugged into the router. (If using a wireless network adapter, the computer still connects via the router. But wirelessly via radio waves.

The devices installed in your residence should be identified with some manufacturer's name and a model number. The model number may be on the displayed on the device or provided on a lable.

What "ipconfig /all" indicates is that your computer is using a wired connection (Ethernet) and that the computer's wireless network adapter is disabled

The computer is currently being provided a DHCP IP address of 192.168.1.63 via a router with an IP address of 192.168.1.1 and Subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 Very normal and expected.

One immediate thing you can do is to disable IPv6. Disabling IPv6 as proven beneficial in many cases.
