No exe file working!

I accidently edited some of the registry keys of the exe extension and now none of the exe file is opening. I cant open any application. Even the regedit.exe is not working, let alone other apps.so please help asap.

I suggest you to use a repair disk and open command prompt from there , like open from X:\ drive , using commands you can done .

Time to re-install Windows, it seems me. Remember; when messing with the registry: backup, then experiment.
