No games are working!

Hello, I have a Dell 5537, Intel core I7 - 4500U CPU, 8GB RAM, and whenever I try to get any game to start, I get error messages, usually about missing or not working Dll files, and sometimes the game just doesn't start without saying why, I'm using windows 7 64-bit any help please??

What error message? Can you post a few screenshots. What games are you trying to play?

If the messages are saying there are missing DLL files, have you tried reinstalling the games?

Hey, sorry for replying late, I thought I will be receiving an e-mail when i get a reply but I never got one, anyways I just updated the post with screenshots, also Command & Conquer: Generals, shows the start Image, but never starts, couldn't take a screenshot of that. Thanks in advance!

No I installed direct x and checked about that so many times, I just posted the screenshots, Thanks in advance

have you seen any odd icon on your desktop? There is a really nasty ransomeware going around and it's affecting games now. It encrypts game files. Have you run a malware scan?

Well there's a hidden notepad file named 'desktop.ini' but I don't think it's a virus, I think its some system related file not sure though, the note says "
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21799", but I run a scan for Viruses/Malware regularly through 'Avira'. :\

Install and choose one time scan. It is a very good second opinion scanner and I have found it very able to remove viruses/malware which other antivirus have not found.

Worth a shot. Doesn't take too long either.

It scanned, but took some time, supposedly it fixed some errors, but after that I rebooted the computer, and still nothing changed 🙁
