No GPU can I using 3d max and render?

My GPU doesn't work any more and I can't buy it at this time. So can I using 3d Max and render it?

Depends, what is your iGPU? What is your version of 3DS Max? Are you sure your GPU is dead? Mind sharing your full system's specs?

My gpu might be dead is Asus Turbo 960 and it gots fuzzy colour on graphic when use normally.

Might be dead but we need full system specs. Also try reinstalling your driver might fix it.

Unless you are using an older version of 3ds max with nvidia mental ray you should be fine. Mental ray dumps everything on the gpu if it's compatible but if it's not it will go to the cpu and take forever. The igpu of your 6700 will work but renders will take way longer so keep that in mind.
