No GPU scaling option for GTX 970

Hello guys. I'm trying to play cs:go with black bars and there is a problem :

I set the scaling mode on Aspect Ratio in Nvidia Control Panel and I also have to set "perform scaling on" to gpu but there is no gpu option . There is only the display option .

Display : Samsung Syncmaster S22B150
GPU : Asus strix gtx 970

Sorry, I cant help with your issue, but I would just like to know; why do you want play with black bars across the screen? Surely in a game like CS:GO that would inhibit your vision?

You have a 60hz 1080p screen playing CS:GO on a GTX 970..

Surely you get well over 60fps already?
