No Graphics Output At All, Need Direction

Just got a H81 PRO BTC 2.0 setup, she boots and stays running, but no matter what I do, I can't get any graphics from external or IGPU at all. I'm using HDMI for on board, and I get nothing. With my card, GTX 950, DVI-D, and you guessed it, nothing. In all honesty, my card has been a bit sketchy with no fans running but getting power and giving off heat, so it could be dead but I can't tell at this point. I need some direction as I am completely lost as to what to do. Also, I have no way of getting any beep codes, if they would help on this case. Thanks for advice and reading.

GPU: GTX 950
CPU: i3-4130
MB: H81 PRO BTC R2.0
RAM: 8GB 1 stick store bought

Is this a new card or a used card? 950 should not be new, was it tested before you used it? What is the power supply brand and model? if you remove the 950 card do you get video output on the motherboard?

and also try reinstalling your rams and make sure it clicks on both sides. happens to a lot of people.
