Question No HDMI output after installing new graphics card

Hello, i just bought a Geforce gtx 1660 ti GDDR6 graphics card, since my old graphics card was AMD, i uninstalled drivers first but when i put the card in, the monitor did not boot and just said, " no HDMI input. My PC specs are,

Dell Alienware Aurora R6
Intel(R) Core i5-7600K CPu @ 3.80GHz 3.79 GHz
ram 16 gb
AMD radeon RX 560x with 4gb GDDR5

When i put in the new graphics card and turn the PC on, the monitor is black and goes into power saving mode but the computer itself is running and the fans on the GPU are spinning.

Does anyone know how to get my graphics card to work?
