At the moment I don't have HDMI output on the laptop. I run across a lot of ideas and tests. At this point I have 1 main question:

If the hdmi output is damage how it is posible for the computer to get all the monitor (any monitor) information ?

This make me wondering if the problem is Hardware or Software.

Yes. I plug the laptop to a external monitor, and I don't get any image ( I did have video image at the beginning )
I switch the laptop to display as PC screen only, duplicate and extend.
However when I check the display settings I see the monitor information is detected and the monitor get listed in the windows settings and Nvidia settings... any monitor, with any cable. But no Image.
When I unplug the hdmi cable the monitor did keep appearing in settings.

Right now I'm testing with an LG 20mk400h-b, but I also test with a Viotek NB32CB and another Dell monitor (don't have this model)
I always use the recommended resolutions, in this case 1366x768 at 59.790Hz
At this moment I try with 3 cables. All of them are used but in working conditions ( tested )

For the LG I get "LG HD" and in Nvidia settigs I read "LG Electronics LG HD", for Viotek I get NB32CB.
I didn't change resolutions or Hz. It stay with the recommended I see in Windows, but is in the range of each monitor.

Thanks for the replies @rgd1101 .
That's the point where I'm not sure now, because I speak with the IT of my office. He mention that an HDMI port WORKS or DOESN'T WORK... If I understand there are no cases that half work... and somehow this port detect external connections, I don't know if that's a normal behavior for a damage port. All I can do is use an external adapter, but is really a waste of potential, I mean it suppose to be a good machine, but honestly this issue trash every good opinion I could have.
